Todd Gallagher and I have been business colleagues for over ten years. Apex Design Technology, a company he co-founded, was a competitor of Process Fab Inc. Todd understands both the technical and the quality sides of a business, and how to make them work together. His past experience as an owner of several successful businesses gives him considerable insight.

Working with Marc is easy and we sometimes need to revisit the project before we get a final product but the Shipment by SO report is very useful and can be sorted for multiple department uses with a ton of information.

Next... because job leadtimes have improved over the years we need a report that can show us the average leadtime of a job from start to finish.

Todd Gallagher understands the quality assurance standards, both ISO 9001 and AS9100, extremely well. He understands the intent very well. Clients don’t have to explain much to him. He can look at their system and automate it because he knows what data they require as managers.

When we needed to go to the next level building on our MRP and ERP, I called Todd. He is really good with training and communicating new systems to people. He’s skilled at analysis and operations and developing solutions that lead to operational improvements. Todd can build on processes needed to complete any kind of workflow—in our case manufacturing, engineering, design, welding, machines, sales, profit and loss—Todd understands all of that.
