Todd M. Gallagher – Entrepreneur, Visionary, and Founder of TGC Services.
Todd started TGC Services to support the IT needs of small to medium Aerospace, Space, and Defense Industrial based businesses. Although the focus has changed in our offerings over the years, one thing remains -- Todd’s vision to supply uncompromised value to our customers.
Before Todd became the principal of TGC Services, he was a co-founding entrepreneur of Apex Design Technology, an Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing company. He was also a principal at Apex Skypark, now rebranded as Next Generation Parking http://ngp-solutions.com/contact.php, which serves the parking industry in the production of fully automated robotic parking garages.
Todd Gallagher is a hands-on manager that strives for perfection using innovative and cutting-edge technologies.
Kristy Moran, Dispatcher
Kristy joined the TGC Services team in early 2020 as our Dispatcher. Kristy’s primary focus is to ensure our customers are getting their problems resolved in a timely manner. She manages all the incoming HelpDesk@TGCservices.com tickets and assigns them to the Support Techs.
Shane McGrath, IT Technician
Shane joined the TGC Services Team in April 2021 bringing with him 10+ years of technical experience covering a wide range of systems in various industries. His drive and love of technology will be moving our offerings to the next level and further bolstering our services. As a Cyber-AB Registered Practitioner, Shane will be leading many projects for our team and solidifying the tools, policies, and procedures we use to bring our clients the top-tier level of service and knowledge they expect.
When Shane is not in front of his computer, he is a father to 3 children. He loves coaching their sporting teams and performing science experiments with them just to show them how truly amazing the world around them can be.
Jeff Wagoner, Network Engineer
Jeff joined the TGC Services team mid-year 2009 and works as our Network Engineer. Jeff’s primary responsibility is design and management oversite of our customers network infrastructure.
Tony Oltion, Senior IT Technician
Tony has worked with Todd since the mid 1990’s as a Senior IT Technician. Projects have ranged from Network Infrastructure, Enterprise Resource Planning deployments, CADD/CAM systems, and General IT Support. Tony possesses a high degree of skill and is an excellent troubleshooter and problem solver. Tony is fluent in both English and Spanish. He loves racing downhill on his mountain bike – move over, here he comes!
Marc Amdon, Software Developer/Programmer
Marc has worked with TGC Services since 2009 as a Software Developer and Programmer. Marc specializing in Visual Basic, SQL, HTML, Crystal Reports, SQL Report Writing Services, Power BI.
Mo Gueramian, Senior SharePoint Architect & Developer
Mo has been working with TGC Services since 2011 as our SharePoint Architect. Mo is all things SharePoint. He processes a high level of still designing, developing and securing the SharePoint Architecture.
